March 6, 2026 — Community interest is building for the upcoming market season in downtown Vian, with 12 vendors already signed up to participate and additional space still available. The market will be located at the park on West Main Street, next to the railroad tracks.
The event will feature a variety of locally produced and handmade items available for purchase. Approved items include fresh produce, flowers, eggs, beef, sealed and labeled jams and salsa, crochet and other handmade crafts, baked goods (must be prepackaged and labeled), décor items, and small animals such as chickens, rabbits, and quail.
Anyone in the county interested in becoming a vendor must contact organizers in advance to be added to the vendor list and to ensure space is available. Vendors are also required to verify that the items they plan to sell are approved before participating.
Those interested in signing up as a vendor can call or text 918-360-4385 or email kialeyw@gmail.com for more information. Vendors attempting to sell prohibited items will be asked to leave.
The market aims to provide an opportunity for local growers, crafters, and small businesses to connect with the community while offering residents a place to shop locally.
