Donny Henry is originally from Dallas, TX and began his radio journey with his first on-air position in Woodward, Oklahoma in 2007. Over the years, he’s gained experience across many areas of radio, including on-air hosting, commercial production, promotions, and producing live broadcasts.

Donny and his wife Rebecca made their move from the Dallas/Fort Worth area to the River Valley searching for a slower paced life, where they’ve enjoyed becoming a part of the local communities our station serves.

Music has always been a big part of Donny’s life. He’s been playing guitar since the age of eight and continues to write and perform his own music. When he’s not on the air at The Mix 105.1, you’ll likely find him at home spending time with his wife, playing pool or darts, or out and about enjoying the local music scene—either on stage or in the crowd.
