Friday, November 3, 2023 - Vian Wheel & Tire and B & B Auto are hosting the 6th annual Burnin’ Down Mainstreet Car Show and Burnout competition this Saturday, November 4.
The event will be held on Main Street in Vian, offering $2,500 in cash payouts.
Car show registration starts at noon, with judging taking place at 3 p.m. The registration fee to enter the car show is $20, with a payout of $500 going to the best-in-show.
The burnout starts at 4:30 p.m., so make sure to get registered early. The registration fee for the burnout competition is $20.
The burnout prizes will be based on the top average score of two runs, with 1st place receiving $1000, 2nd place receiving $500, and 3rd place receiving $300.
In addition, there will be live music, entertainment, and delicious food.
Cruise night begins once the burnout competition has been completed and ends at 11 p.m.
Throughout the cruise night, no drag racing or burnouts will be allowed on the cruise strip. However, burnouts can still be completed on the burnout pad only.
A portion of the proceeds from the event will go back into the community.
