Thursday, December 2, 2021- Devin Tebow, 23, of Sallisaw and an unnamed five-year-old child perished Thursday in a one vehicle accident.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) report, the accident occurred at approximately 3:40 p.m. on Interstate 40 near mile marker 319 westbound, two miles west of Muldrow.
Tebow was driving a 2019 Ford Ecosport when he departed the roadway to the left going into the center median, went off an embankment and landed in a creek bed.
Both Tebow and the juvenile were pronounced deceased at the scene by Pafford EMS.
Seatbelts were in use by the driver but not the juvenile passenger.
OHP was assisted at the scene by the Muldrow Fire and PD and Pafford EMS.
