Thursday, May 15, 2025 — Marble City is gearing up for its annual Spring Fling on Saturday, May 17, 2025, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The festival promises a full day of fun, food, live entertainment, community connection, and activities for all ages.
The day starts with “Breakfast at the Bank” at 7:00 a.m., followed by a packed lineup of stage performances starting at 10:00 a.m. Visitors will enjoy local talent, including Doctor Jones, Blood Bought Church Gospel, Steve Jones Country Gospel, and Country Boys, as well as other guest speakers and musical acts throughout the day.
A highlight of the day includes “Bingo in the Street” at 11:30 a.m., a fundraiser benefiting the Marble City Activity Organization.
Attendees can explore a wide variety of booths, including arts and crafts, yard sales, food trucks, nonprofit fundraisers, and resource vendors located on the north side of town. Outdoor booth spaces are free and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The Farmers and Art Market (MCFAM) will be open for business, accepting SNAP/EBT, Senior SNAP, CNFMP, DUO, and CN WIC benefits. MCFAM will also offer a free $5 voucher for children who are present, at the hospitality booth while supplies last. The hospitality booth will be inside the old Western building on Main Street, marked with a blue EBT banner and bright blue tablecloth.
Families can enjoy a free kids’ zone, frequent door prize drawings, and a community input meeting at 1:30 p.m., where residents are invited to share their ideas about the future of Marble City.
Handicap parking will be available at City Hall.
In addition, a Marble City School Alumni Reunion will be held for all graduating classes. Alumni are encouraged to send pictures and inquiries to marblecityschool@gmail.com.
Festival organizers extend a big thank you to TSET for supporting healthy family initiatives, including the voucher program that encourages nutritious local food choices.
