Wednesday, March 15, 2023 - From chalk art to nature walks, Greenleaf Discovery Center has spring break activities for all ages during the week of March 16-18.
Thursday, at 9 a.m., youth get to design their own lucky beaded shamrock for St. Patrick's Day, followed by sidewalk chalk art at 12 p.m.
Families and children are invited to join in a bingo nature walk on Friday at 11 a.m. Enjoy a walk through the park's family fun trail while playing nature bingo to discover what spring has in store. Those attending the nature walk bingo activity will meet in front of the park office.
The last of the spring break activities begins Saturday at 11 a.m. Children will get the opportunity to create their very own leprechaun lookers, which will be used outside to look for birds and leprechauns.
At 1 p.m., a kickball game takes place, and all families are invited to join in on the fun.
On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, a golf cart tour takes place at 3 p.m. Cost will be $5 for kids and $7 for adults. The golf cart tour will take you for a tour through the park and is set to leave from the park office.
