Sequoyah County Women in Business Award, Jaime Henson, Career Woman of the Month


Monday, April 27, 2026 —An inspiring leader in education and workforce development was recognized during the April Sequoyah County Women in Business meeting as Career Woman of the Month. Jaime Henson, Campus Director and Director of Workforce Development at Carl Albert State College, received the honor for her dedication to student success and community growth.


In her leadership roles at CASC, Henson works to create opportunities for students, strengthen partnerships with local employers, and help individuals develop the skills needed to succeed in today’s workforce. Her efforts continue to connect education with real-world career opportunities.


Those who know Henson describe her as a strong leader with an exceptional work ethic and a dedication to excellence. Through her service, she has made a lasting impact on students, families, businesses, and the surrounding community.
