Sequoyah County 4-H Enrollment to Open August 1

Friday, July 31, 2026 —Youth across Sequoyah County will soon have the opportunity to begin another year of learning, leadership, and hands-on experiences as Sequoyah County 4-H enrollment opens Saturday, August 1.

Open to youth of all experience levels, 4-H offers a wide variety of projects and activities designed to help members develop life skills, explore new interests, and build lasting friendships while serving their communities.

Participants can choose from numerous project areas, including livestock and animals, cooking, science, technology, engineering and math (STEM), photography, leadership, shooting sports, and many others.

Current members are encouraged to complete their annual re-enrollment, while families who have never participated in 4-H are invited to join for the upcoming program year.

Enrollment is available online at 4h.zsuite.org.

Sequoyah County OSU Extension officials say 4-H provides youth with opportunities to gain confidence, develop leadership skills, and create lifelong memories through educational, hands-on learning experiences.
