Thursday, March 24, 2022 - Three Sallisaw residents were charged March 16 with the unlawful use of a communication facility, a felony, court records show.
Pamela Michelle Cullipher Small, 42, Patrick Lee McDowell, 28, and Nadean K. Ross, 51, could each face a fine of no less than $5,000, imprisonment for up to five years or both if they are convicted.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed in the case, on Feb. 8, a Sallisaw police detective executed a search warrant on a cellular telephone belonging to Comlita Duncan-Tubbs.
While searching Duncan-Tubbs’ phone, the detective discovered several incriminating messages from her to other people regarding drug transactions.
