Old Sallisaw High School Park & OSHSA Black Diamond Event Center Announce Spring “New 2 You” Fundraiser

March 4, 2026 — The Old Sallisaw High School Park and OSHSA Black Diamond Event Center are gearing up for spring cleaning season with their popular New 2 You fundraiser. The fundraiser is set to return on April 17 and 18 at the Black Diamond Event Center in Sallisaw, offering the community a chance to donate and shop for a wide variety of items while supporting a good cause.

The spring and fall sales are the park’s largest fundraisers, helping to finance much-needed improvements to the organization’s facilities. Organizers are inviting the community to donate a variety of items, including clothing, shoes, accessories, linens, kitchenware, small working appliances, antiques, collectibles, home décor, books, records, movies, school supplies, craft items, and holiday decorations.

It is important to note that large appliances such as old CRT televisions, fax machines, printers, computers, mattresses, and large furniture will no longer be accepted.

To make donations convenient, volunteers will be at the event center on Sundays in March from 1 to 5 p.m. to accept items and answer questions.

Organizers say the fundraiser’s success depends on the support of alumni and friends, and they are grateful for the community’s continued generosity.

The Black Diamond Event Center is located at 220 West Creek in Sallisaw.
