ODVA to Host On-the-Spot Hiring Event in Sallisaw on August 12

Tuesday, August 5, 2025 — The Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA) will host an in-person hiring event on Tuesday, August 12, from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Sallisaw Veterans Center.

Applicants will have the opportunity to receive on-the-spot, contingent job offers for a variety of positions, including:

·         Pharmacist – $48.73 per hour

·         Nurse Manager – $43.00 per hour

·         Registered Nurses (RNs) – $36.00 to $43.00 per hour

·         Advanced Certified Medication Aide (ACMA) – $25.00 per hour

·         Patient Care Assistants (PCA) – $20.00 to $23.00 per hour

·         Kitchen Staff – $14.68 to $15.68 per hour

·         Housekeeping and Custodial Staff – $12.81 per hour

·         Maintenance Technician – $16.38 per hour
