Muldrow woman hospitalized after motorcycle accident


Friday, June 3, 2022 - A motorcycle accident late Thursday night sent one Muldrow woman to the hospital where she was admitted in stable condition. The crash happened on County Road 1100 and Cottonwood Road, approximately one mile north of Roland.


According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP), Timothy Sockey, 41, of Muldrow was driving a 2001 Harley Davidson westbound when he departed the roadway to the right and struck a tree.


Sockey was not injured but his passenger, 37-year-old Kendra Holloway received leg injuries. She was transported by Pafford EMS to Mercy Hospital in Fort Smith where she was admitted.


Assisting at the scene were the Sequoyah County Sheriff's Dept., Pafford EMS, Roland Fire Dept. and Fort Smith EMS.
