Friday, June 2, 2023 - Good news parents, the ‘Meet Our Heroes’ event at Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library is back! Bring the kids down to the library parking lot on June 8 at 10:30 a.m. where they will have the chance to meet, take photos with and learn from our local heroes.
Sallisaw Police, Fire and EMS, Sequoyah County Sheriffs Dept. and Oklahoma Highway Patrol officers will do a show and tell, demonstrating to the kids what it takes to perform their dangerous and courageous jobs.
Meet Our Heroes is a free event with no attendance limit.
