Marble City Spring Fling set for Saturday

Friday, May 19, 2023 - The Marble City 2023 Spring fling is this Saturday, May 20, and the weather is expected to be Sunny and 75 so you can leave the umbrella at home.

If you enjoy shopping, community activities, food and family-friendly entertainment, make your way to downtown Marble City this Saturday and enjoy the festivities.

Start your morning with some breakfast at ‘Breakfast at the Bank’ which starts at 8 a.m. Throughout the day you will be able to find great food items like hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream sundaes, slushies, pork chop sandwiches and so much more!

The food trucks, arts and crafts as well as yard sales can be located toward the north side of town. The Farmers and Art Market will kick off the events with a free-for-kids zone that involves balloon artists, fun activities and door prizes just for showing up!

There will also be an informal, free Diabetes education class at 9 a.m.

If you wish to set up a booth at the Farmers and Art Market, call Donna at (918)315-3012.

Now let’s talk music. Fairfield and Friends kick things off at 8:30 a.m. followed by The Rosin Boys at 9:30 a.m. The final two bands of the day will be James Smith at 11:00 a.m. and Constant Battle will wrap things up at noon.

Anyone looking to set up a booth at the spring fling will be happy to know that it is free to do so. It's first come first serve and parking will be limited so make sure you show up early. Handicap parking will be at the City Hall and the overflow parking will be by the railroad tracks.
