Tuesday, January 18, 2022 - A government website that includes a link to order four, free at-home COVID tests is now active.
The site, https://www.covidtests.gov/, was originally set to go live on Wednesday but White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki stated on Tuesday that the website had gone live as a way to test the system.
Each household should be able to order four at-home tests per residential address and they will be delivered by the U.S. Postal Service.
The official launch of the site is Wednesday and it's not known if the site will remain active throughout Tuesday.
Each household is eligible to receive four tests. Go to https://www.covidtests.gov/ to order.
Tests are expected to ship within 7-12 days.
