Flutter Fest Returns on April 5

Saturday, March 22, 2025— The Sequoyah County Health Department is gearing up for its second annual Flutter Fest, a fun and family-friendly event that will take place in Marble City at the Community Center on April 5, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event is set to kick off with a proclamation signing ceremony at 10:45 a.m., and the public is invited to join in. This no-cost event is part of Child Abuse Prevention Month and offers a variety of resources designed to empower and support families.
A sensory-friendly hour will be held from 11 a.m. to noon, offering all attendees a calm and welcoming environment.
In addition, attendees can look forward to activities such as face painting, a bouncy house, car seat safety checks, resource tables, a ribbon walk, and more.
Kassandra Briggs, OSDH Health Educator, said, “We’re excited to have even more vendors and activity booths for families this year. We encourage everyone to wear blue and come out for a great time!”
