Filing Opens for Gore Rural Fire Protection District #1 Board

Filing for Office 4 on the Gore Rural Fire Protection District #1 Board of Directors will begin today, Monday, July 7, and continue through Wednesday, July 9. The position is for a five-year term.

According to Ruby Brunk, Secretary of the Sequoyah County Election Board, candidates must file in person at the Sequoyah County Election Board office, located at 110 E. Creek Ave., in Sallisaw. Filing hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. each day.
