Eastern Oklahoma Library System Announces New Shared Branch Manager

Friday, October 3, 2025 - The Eastern Oklahoma Library System has announced that Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library in Sallisaw and Muldrow Public Library will now be managed under the leadership of Shared Branch Manager Julie Klineline.

Klineline is no stranger to the community, having worked at Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library since 2005 in a variety of roles ranging from story time clerk to librarian. Before joining the Sallisaw branch, she served as circulation supervisor at the Fort Smith Public Library.

Klineline is currently completing her master’s in library and information studies from the University of Oklahoma and holds a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and English from Northeastern State University.

With her wealth of experience and dedication to library services, Klineline is expected to bring fresh ideas and continued growth to both libraries.
