Thursday, August 12, 2021 - During Monday's regular monthly meeting, the Sallisaw city commissioners honored Lynn Daggs, who retired after managing the Sallisaw Municipal Pool for 21 years.
City manager Keith Skelton (left) said, "We appreciate all she has done through the years, and know all the kids who have frequented the city pool through those years do too. Thank you so much Lynn!"
Skelton presented Daggs with a commemorative plaque honoring her years of service, as well as a toy life preserver that read “Lynn's Pool.”
