Tuesday, January 24, 2023 - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP) has released the identity of the man killed in a Friday, January 20 crash on Interstate 40 west of Muldrow.
The victim has been identified as 75-year-old David Mobley of Sallisaw.
A Silver Alert had been issued for Mobley on January 20 after he was last seen leaving the Veterans Administration Clinic in Fort Smith.
According to the Silver Alert, Mobley was suffering from several medical issues.
