Monday, July 11, 2022 - Maintaining your pet’s health is a vital part of pet ownership that will assure your furry friend will live a long and happy life.
One local nonprofit group, Sequoyah Animal Advocates Inc., is working to ensure that all pets have the opportunity to receive vaccinations. The group will be hosting a "Rabies Clinic and More" on July 12 from 6–8:00 p.m. on the Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library lawn.
The rabies clinic will offer three affordable services for pet owners. Rabies vaccinations will be available for $10, 5-way vaccinations will cost $25, and wormers can be purchased for $5.
Free microchipping is available with proof of Sallisaw residency.
The Stanley Tubbs Memorial Library is located at 101 E Cherokee Ave, Sallisaw, OK.
