Monday, Sept. 13, 2021 - The City of Sallisaw has temporarily closed Brushy Lake Park to the public while it is undergoing renovation. The closure takes effect Monday, Sept. 13. The closure includes the campground, trails and boat ramp.
The city's renovation plans include work on the park's electric and water lines, as well as other maintenance jobs that should take a minimum of 30-45 days to complete, depending on the weather.
