Friday, April 1, 2022 - A felony arrest warrant was issued March 25 for a Muldrow man charged with failure to register as a sex offender, court records show.
John Wayne Marrow, 51, faces up to five years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000 if he is convicted. His bond was set at $5,000.
According to a probable cause affidavit filed in the case, on March 9, a corporal with the Muldrow Police Department went to a Muldrow home that Marrow had listed as his residence when he initially registered as a sex offender in Sequoyah County.
Marrow was not at the residence, and the corporal’s efforts to reach him by telephone were unsuccessful.
He was scheduled for his 90-day re-registration March 9, but a check with the Sheriff’s Office revealed Marrow was not registered at all in Sequoyah County.
