Gore woman charged with five felonies

Monday, March 4, 2024 - A Feb. 14 narcotics search turned up about 30 grams of methamphetamine at a home in Gore.

Tracy Nicole Radwick, 38, of Gore was charged with five felony counts, including trafficking in illegal drugs; unlawful possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute; possession of a firearm after former felony conviction; possession of a firearm during commission of a felony; and acquiring proceeds from drug activity, records indicate.

On Feb. 9, a sheriff’s investigator was contacted by another deputy about an arrest he had just made of Christopher Cato after finding about 30 grams of meth in his vehicle.

Upon arrival, Cato was taken to an interview room. He told officers he had purchased an ounce of meth from a residence near Gum Springs church in Gore.

Cato also stated that while he was present another male suspect had purchased 4-5 ounces of meth for $500. Cato identified Radick from a previous booking photo.

Cato said Radick lives in a camper and is in the process of remodeling a single-wide trailer.

When the search warrant was issued, deputies on the north side of the property discovered a motorhome and numerous outbuildings, along with approximately 201.5 grams of a green, leafy substance. Deputies also found a Ziploc bag containing 402.1 grams of a white crystal-like substance along with a set of digital scales.

On the south end of the property, deputies searched a white camper and found a loaded M&P 9mm pistol. In the bedroom of the trailer they found $4,373 in cash.

In the kitchen, deputies found a small, round container holding a white, powdered substance. A plastic mortar and pestle also held the white powder. On the southeast corner of the property, deputies searched a red outbuilding and found a Browning .22-caliber rifle with a scope and magazine.

Radick was arrested and taken to the Sequoyah County jail.
